The Habit Burger Grill

Yummy! Loves rhe green beans and there chicken breast was very flavorful.

First time visitor to Habit Burger and grill. Ordinarily, I do not provide feedback for poor service but I must share. Maybe my comments will help improve service. My order was placed at 2:05 and I finally received it at 2:23. It was a carry our order (mistake) on my part. When I arrived home about 7 minutes later, found the burger buns were burnt badly and the meat was dried out. I tossed it after two bites. Luckily, the fries were edible. Who screws up a hamburger order? Last visit for me.

Well it’s not often, in fact, it’s very rare, if ever, that I would go out of my way to write a review for any business. However, I was extremely disappointed with the customer service and was astounded by the bad attitude of some of the staff. I worked in the food industry making minimum wage for almost a decade while I went to school and raised a child and I never treated people, let alone customers, so poorly. Anyways, I’m over it, and I do not plan on going back to this particular establishment. P.S. To the very young girl that was working, who thought what she was doing was way more important then anybody else’s time, I really wish you the best in your future. I only hope that time and experience will help to humble you.

Had a great experience even in the midst of COVID-19! The staff is doing everything they can to meet customers needs and keep things safe and clean. I watched them flawlessly take a customer's complaint refund the order and the money. I watched them clean twice while I was there. Such a great place!

Many choices, delicious foods. Especially I liked pepper and jalapeno for the option. Kids char burger was very big! Fries are very delicious. For me bread was not so good. Too thick and tough.

The food is good. I do enjoy it every time. But the customer experience is just bad. I called my order ahead, So that It would be ready for pickup, I got there a little bit earlier than expected, so the lady was asking us to wait because the order hadn’t come through. We went back-and-forth a little bit I just didn’t make sense to me why they wouldn’t start making our food, it’s not like they were busy at all. While we were going back and forth the order actually came through and THEN they started making it. It just takes a little bit of common sense people. Common sense.

Clean restaurant, nice crew and delicious food... I got the Santa Barbara Style Char with Onion Rings and added mushrooms to the Char... Amazing.

This is my favorite burger in this town of Vacaville. You can taste the grill it.. is so fresh and tastes better than anyone else's. I like the specialty burgers and their special offerings as toppings..( like a teriyaki burger with a slice of pineapple on it..which was fantastic.) Let's also mention that it is a pleasant place to sit, with nice lighting and a few booths, if you can catch one. Some days you just don't feel like sitting in a place that looks like a bathroom with florescent lights.
